All, As some of you are already aware, ProBit has announced that they will not be supporting the migration from Shinja to the new token. When we first reached out to ProBit and explained the entire situation, they would not cooperate with us because they received conflicting information from Shibnobi’s original team. Cliff is apparently attempting to interfere with our negotiations with the CEXes, and pretending that he still holds any relevancy in this project. But with us having full control over the contracts and liquidity, we have been able to successfully verify our legitimacy with each CEX that has responded so far. Unfortunately, after having further discussions with ProBit, they stated that they could not freeze the accounts controlled by Cliff without proper legal documentation. This means Cliff would receive new tokens for all of the Shinja he never paid for, and would be free to continue dumping illegally-acquired tokens on our holders. Furthermore, ProBit quoted us $10,000 USDT in order to support the migration. If we had the funds that the project was raking in back in November / December 2021, this wouldn’t be an issue. But because Cliff only left us with the funds in liquidity to work with, we have to be very careful with what we are allocating those funds towards. After taking everything into consideration (the costs for support, the amount of holders and volume we’ve had on ProBit since we’ve listed on their platform, and the impending dumps that would inevitably occur by Cliff) we determined that the negatives to retaining this listing greatly outweigh the positives. We may seek to list the new token on ProBit sometime in the future, but for now, please move all of your Shinja off of their platform and into another CEX that we are listed on, or better yet, a non-custodial wallet that you have full control over at all times. As we continue to negotiate with the remaining CEXes, please remember that the decisions we make as a board are all made with the safety of our holders at the forefront. The entire purpose of us continuing to run this project is to help our holders potentially recover the funds they have lost due to Cliff’s negligence and outright thievery. As we stated before, we will attempt to retain as many CEX listings as we can, provided they are willing to help us eradicate the problem - a cowardly rogue developer who took advantage of our community’s trust. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to any /board member, and we’ll assist you as best as we can.
